At I wear rossi, we ship worldwide. Below you will find detailed information about delivery times, shipping zones, and conditions.

1. Shipping Zones

📍 Spain

  • We ship only to mainland Spain.

  • We do not ship to the Canary Islands, Balearic Islands, Ceuta, or Melilla.

🌍 International Shipping

We ship to most countries worldwide.
Shipping times and rates vary depending on the destination.

2. Delivery Times

Mainland Spain

  • Estimated delivery time: 48/72 business hours from payment confirmation.

  • Orders placed after 2:00 PM will be processed the next business day.

International

  • Delivery time depends on the destination country.

  • Generally between 5 and 15 business days, though customs or local logistics may affect the timing.

3. Shipping Rates

  • Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on the delivery address and order weight.

  • We currently do not offer free shipping.

4. Order Processing

  • Orders are processed Monday through Friday (excluding public holidays).

  • If there is any issue with your order, we will contact you as soon as possible.

5. International Shipping & Customs

For shipments outside the European Union:

  • Orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees, which are the customer’s responsibility.

  • I wear rossi is not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities in the destination country.

6. Incorrect or Incomplete Address

If the package cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address, incomplete information, or lack of pickup by the customer, additional reshipping fees may apply and will be charged to the customer.
